Board Members

Our Springfield Little League Board Members are an all volunteer organization that is proud to serve and provide your kids the Little League experience here in Springfield, MO.

Glendale Christian Church graciously allows us the use of Field #1 and Field #2 as a ministry of Glendale Christian Church. Our board members are comprised of both members of the church and also parents of our Springfield Little League family. Officers are elected in the off-season and hold bi-monthly meetings throughout the season to organize and run our local league. We also have division commissioners that are generally one of the head coaches of a particular division that allows parents a direct contact within their division. Every commissioner is invited to board meeting to inform the board of any parent questions, concerns and to provide the board with a general overview of their particular division. Commissioners are the best way that our board can assure you the parent that you have a voice in our league and that we are here to listen, learn and grow the Springfield Little League.

Dylan Brotherton - Vice President, Player Agent

Dylan has served on the board for since 2016. He has previously served as President, Player Agent, League Information Officer, Concessions Manager, and Evaluations/Draft Coordinator. As Vice President, Dylan assists with many of the behind the scenes operations including communications, player information, player draft, web site operations, and facilities work. He has volunteered as a head coach since joining the league in 2015. He and his wife, Heather, have two boys who have played in the league since they were in Tee Ball.
