Opening Day Ceremonies 2023

The Springfield Little League celebrated their eighth official Little League Opening Ceremony today. With 24 teams across our four division, we had a big turnout. Every year we have a parade where the players get to walk as a team in front of their family as they make their way onto our larger, player pitch field. We then recite the Little League pledge and play the National Anthem. It was a great event with perfect weather!

Thank you to all the parents that committed to getting your player their early today. Hopefully we created some lasting memories that had a positive impact on players and families.
